Ideas for Movie title
Clothing Ideas
When should I film my movie trailer.
My Storyboard
The second shot is of the three girls walking down to woods path. This shot will show the girls walking all the way down the path and it will be an extreme long shot so that I will be able to fit everything in. This will enable the audience to see everything in the shot and tell a little bit of the story.
The third shot is of the girls just putting the tent up and picking some wood for the fire. This will also be a long shot but all the shots of the girls picking the wood up and also doing the tent will be quick shots to create tension.
The seventh shot is where one of the girls has gone into the woods to collect some more wood for the fire as they have ran out of fire wood. This will be a zoom shot as I will zoom in and out on the girl to show what she is doing but also that she is alone.
The final shot is of the girls sleeping in the tent. This shows that there is still two victims left. This will be a long shot so that the audience will be able to see the surroundings.
Throughout the movie trailer there will be a backing track but also a voicepver to give more effect to the trailer.
Storyboard Starting Point

Plot Summary
- A shot of the girls getting ready in a bedroom and packing for something (this will have happy music behind the shots to show that they will have a good time)
- A group of girls trying to put a tent up in the darkness in nice clothes (this shows that they are not used to camping)
- Spookey noices and branches crakcing to show that something is going to happen
- Zoom in on the branches craking and a bird
- Quick shots of lots of things happening that are bad and lots of flashing images and up beat music to go with the quick shots
- Shot of a shadow of a man with leaves rustling on the floor when he walks
- A close up of the mans face to show how horrible he is
- A zoom on the knife to show that he is carrying a weapon
- The girls get the tent up and make one of them go off and get some wood for the fire
- Close up on the shadow following them
- This would then mean that the backing track will get more up beat to show that something is going to happen
- The girls pick some wood up and one turns around and catches a glimpse of the man following them
- She then tells the other girl and they both start running
- The music then gets more up beat and in time with the girls and the man running
- The man catches one of them and stabs her constantly and runs and drops the knife
- There will then be a close up of the Knife on the floor
- There is then a medium shot of the other girls that are left at the tent to show the other victims that are left
- There is a single close up of every girl to show who he has left which will be
- There will be titles and words coming up in the shots to create some more tension and these would come up in time with the beat of the music
Feedback from Colour Scheme
I like number 2 as it is very effective and will look good on a poster. I like the colours and think that they work very well together. I don't like number 3 as it is very boring and simple and doesnt appeal to me at all as I don't think that the colours work together.

What equipment I am going to need.
- Camera
- Video Camera
- Artificail Lightining
- Make-Up
- Clothes for the actors/actresses
- Any Props that I will need
- Actors/Actresses
- Location for the day/days of filming
I will need all this to make sure that I am prepared on the day and also that my filming goes well. This will allow me to do the best job that I could do. After the day of filming when I am doing my editing for the movie trailer I might need someone to do the voice over which means that I will need to arrange a date with someone. This will make sure that they don't let me down as I have arranged it with them personally.

Target Audience
Feedback Chart and Final decision
Feedback from movie titles.
- Slasher
- On The Run
- Splinter
- Death Valley
Chris
Slasher or Splinter are far better than the other two in my opinion, mainly because its is only one word which would have a big effect on the audience and create more anticipation about the up and coming film. In order of quality from best to worst; 1. Splinter, 2. Slasher, 3. Death Valley, 4. On the run.
Ben
I think On The Run is the best title because it makes you think what is going to happen and makes you wonder. This will create excitment on what will be in store before they go and watch the movie. I also think that it will look very good on posters. In order i think 1. On The Run, 2.Slasher, 3. Death Valley, 4. Splinter
Emily
I personally like the first idea because it makes the film like it will be very gory and thrilling. I aslo think that Death Valley sounds much better because it makes you wonder what it will be like. In order I think 1.Death Valley, 2.On the Run, 3.Slasher, 4.Splinter.
Harry
I think that Slasher is the best because it is better than the rest. In order I think that; 1.Slasher, 2.Splinter, 3.Death Valley, 4.On The Run
Miss Walton
Slasher is my preference. It is catchy and memorable and insinuates violence, so is fitting to the genre. On the run is my least favourite as it is suggestive more of an action genre and is not as emotive as the others. In order; 1.Slasher, 2.Death Valley, 3.Splinter, 4. On The Run.
Helen
I think that Death Valley is the best as it is more sinister, followed by On The Run, Splinter and Slasher. I think that Death Valley is appropriate for the movie trailer because it represents horror.
Antonia
Death Valley sounds more like a horror so it is suitable for the movie. In order 1.Death Valley, 2.Slasher, 3.Splinter, 4.On The Run
Natalie
I think that Slasher sounds very gory and scary . Death Valley also sounds sinister and scary and it is very catch so will catch peoples eye. In order 1.Slasher, 2.Death Valley, 3.On The Run, 4.Splinter.
Alex
I like Slasher and Splinter as they are short and strong words that have violent imagery, it would be cacthy to say. In order; 1.Slasher, 2. Splinter, 3.On The Run, 4.Death Valley.
Holly
Death Valley is more eye catching and descriptive than the others; the others also seem a bit generic and unimaginative. In order; 1.Death Valley, 2.Splinter, 3.On The Run and 4.Slasher.

Movie Trailer- Godfather
This is a Thriller movie trailer. I am looking at this trailer because of the music that is in the background. This is because I am looking at having scary music in the background and this music is really good. I like it whenever a word comes on the screen or a differnt picture/scene comes on the screen there is a thud or a bang that is in the bankground to make affect for the audience to show that either something bad is going to happen or danger is about to occur. The music that occurs is a loud drum beat. The lighting in this trailer is very good as it is dark but you can still see everything that is going on. You can see that the camera only zooms in and concerntrates on importants bits in the film but also important faces. This makes it very instrumental and links in well with the music. Also when there is another picture that comes on the screen the screen goes black which is a good effect because it makes the audience wonder what is going to come up yet and it makes them waiting. I think that i will transfer this into my own trailer so it makes the audiende more interested and inrtigued in what is going to happen. The music gets more upbeat when more dangerous stunts and things happen in the trailer this will get the audiences heart racing and wanting to see more but also see the stories. Finally I like at the end when the title comes on and the music finishes straight away but with a bang to show the audience that this is the title of the film and it is a big film that you shouldnt miss.
